Ozan Kabak arrived at Liverpool on loan on transfer deadline day in February 2021.
A centre-back who has been a regular for Turkey since his full international debut at the age of 19 in November 2019, Kabak joined the Reds for the remainder of the 2020-21 season from Schalke 04.
Kabak, who has more than 50 Bundesliga appearances to his name, signed for Schalke from VfB Stuttgart in the summer of 2019 and quickly established himself at the VELTINS-ARENA.
Born in Ankara, Kabak came through Galatasaray SK’s youth system and played 18 times for the Istanbul club - including four matches in the Champions League - prior to moving to Stuttgart in January 2019.
Kabak made his Premier League and Champions League debuts for the Reds in February 2021, against Leicester City and RB Leipzig respectively.
