As part of LFC’s ongoing commitment to improve the way match tickets are sold and allocated, a new ticket collection process was trialled for the Europa League away game against FC Augsburg on Thursday February 18.

The trial was largely successful and the general feedback from fans was positive. Suggestions have also been made as to how the collection process can be further improved and we will continue to listen to ideas and feedback from supporters ahead of any future collections.

The club will be looking to use this process at future European away games, should the conditions allow; however, after careful consideration, assessment of the logistics and safety of our supporters, we will not be operating a ticket collection in Manchester for our second knockout stage of the Europa League tie against Manchester United to be played on the Thursday March 17.

Tickets for this game will be available online or from Anfield. Full selling details can be found here.

Liverpool FC would like to thank those fans who travelled to Augsburg for being part of the trial and providing feedback.
