Liverpool FC have released the following information to supporters attending the Europa League fixture against Rubin Kazan on Thursday November 5.

Fans who have travelled to the game will be required to submit their proof of travel as previously announced here no later than 3pm on Saturday November 14.

Which travel documents must I provide?

Supporters need to provide BOTH their travel visa and boarding pass as proof of travel to the Kazan away fixture. 

How do I provide my travel documents?

Supporters must provide the following when applying:

  • Name of supporter completing the application.
  • For each supporter within the application:
  1. Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card number
  2. Name and address registered to each Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card
  3. Contact daytime telephone number
  4. Contact email address
  5. **Travel visa
  6. **Boarding pass stub or online boarding pass

Supporters who purchased a Kazan away ticket using somebody else’s Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card number should also provide their details along with the corresponding Season Ticket/Membership/Fan Card number used to purchase the ticket.

**Original documents are required for personal applications at the Ticket Office.

**Copies of visas and boarding passes are acceptable for email applications only. Any copies must be legible and the club reserve the right to carry out additional checks or request original documents.

Incomplete applications will not be approved and returned to the applicant. 

Supporters whose applications are approved will see the following added to their purchase history by 5pm Wednesday November 18:

  • ‘Kazan Visa Approved’
  • ‘Kazan Proof of Travel Approved’

To view your purchase history, please log in to My Account to check if your application has been approved.

Any supporter that does not provide their proof of travel or has their application rejected will have their Rubin Kazan ticket purchase removed from their purchase history as previously advised.
