Chelsea and Liverpool target Lucas Ocampos could be on the move again – just six months after sealing a permanent move to Marseille.

The Argentine forward, 21, spent the second half of last season on loan at Marseille before agreeing to stay there for good in the summer.

The move ended the interest of both Chelsea and Liverpool, who had tracked Ocampos during his time at River Plate and then Monaco, where he arrived in August 2012.

But they might be about to rekindle their pursuit of the youngster after it emerged that he could be set to leave France on loan after starting just five Ligue 1 games so far this season.

However Serie A side Fiorentina are the current frontrunners to sign Ocampos with a loan deal, which could be completed in the next week, most likely.

Marseille are interested in Fiorentina outcast Mario Suarez, who has played just 388 minutes of Serie A football so far this season, and the clubs could agree a swap loan deal.
