Liverpool have made FC Koln goalkeeper Timo Horn a transfer target in the January window.

The 22-year-old is highly rated in Germany having established himself as Koln's number one goalkeeper in 2012.

Earlier this year, Spurs were linked with Horn as a potential replacement for Hugo Lloris.

But German newspaper Bild say Jürgen Klopp is now considering signing the young goalkeeper as competition for Simon Mignolet.

It's understood that Horn has a release clause of around £6million.
