Reds make Valdes a top target
Liverpool are ready to make a stunning transfer move for Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes.
The stopper has emerged as their top target ahead of the likes of Barcelona’s Marc-Andre ter Stegen, according to Don Balon.
The Spaniard has become an outcast at United after a high-profile fallout with Louis van Gaal and he looks set for a move in January.
And Liverpool want to end his exile at Old Trafford by bringing him to Anfield.
Ter Stegen also wants a move to join Jurgen Klopp at the club, but they are thought to prefer a switch for Valdes.
