U18s friendlies announced
Liverpool U18s have confirmed they will play eight pre-season friendlies in preparation for 2011-12.
Mike Marsh's side will host Tranmere Rovers, Stevenage, Preston, Shrewsbury, Macclesfield and Watford, while travelling to Wigan and Middlesbrough ahead of the start of the new campaign.

Tuesday, July 12: Tranmere (H) 2pm, at the Academy.
Saturday, July 16: Stevenage (H) 2pm, at the Academy.
Wednesday, July 20: Preston (H) 2pm, at the Academy.
Saturday, July 23: Wigan (A) 11am, at Standish Lower Ground, Wigan.
Saturday, July 30: Shrewsbury (H) 11am, at the Academy.
Wednesday, August 3: Macclesfield Town (H) 12pm, at the Academy.
Saturday, August 6: Middlesbrough (A) 2pm, at Rockcliffe Park.
Saturday, August 13: Watford (H) 2pm, at the Academy.
