Inside Training: Five Reds return to Melwood for pre-season
Jordan Henderson, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Andy Robertson, Georginio Wijnaldum and Virgil van Dijk reconvened at Melwood on Saturday morning - and you can see how the day unfolded in the latest edition of Inside Training.
The quintet reported for duty after the summer break, though a hand issue meant Robertson could not join his fellow returnees in taking part in the lactate test.
For the rest of the squad, they were put through their paces by Jürgen Klopp and his backroom team ahead of Sunday's friendly at Bradford City.
