'It doesn't matter who we get in the quarter-finals'
Jordan Henderson insists Liverpool will approach the Champions League quarter-finals with the same hunger and determination no matter who they draw.
The Reds progressed to the tournament’s last eight after a goalless stalemate with FC Porto at Anfield confirmed a 5-0 aggregate victory for Jürgen Klopp’s men.
They will discover their next opponents in the competition on Friday March 16 ahead of a two-legged tie in early April, but Henderson has no preference.
“It doesn’t matter,” he told BT Sport. “They are all big teams and good teams. Whoever you get, you’ve got to be prepared to go and win. So it doesn’t matter. We’ll be ready.
“This is the business end of the season. The next few months are very important for us as a team, we’ve got some big games coming up. We’ve got to keep going, keep working hard and put in performances like we have been – then the results will follow.”

Liverpool drew a rare blank against the Portuguese league leaders, but the damage had already been done in the opening meeting at Estadio do Dragao last month.
“We couldn’t manage to break them down, which was unfortunate,” Henderson reflected.
“But we’ve got another big game coming up at the weekend that we need to be ready for. Hopefully we can score a few goals then.
“Over both legs, going through to the next round was the most important thing. We wanted to win tonight, but you’ve got to give credit to Porto, who came and played well. Overall, we’ve got to be pleased with how we’ve gone through to the next round.”
