A comprehensive 4-1 victory over West Ham United at Anfield lifted Liverpool into second place in the Premier League on Saturday.

Emre Can nodded in the Reds' 100th goal of the season to give them the lead on the half-hour mark and Mohamed Salah took his personal tally for the campaign to 31 with an ice-cool finish at the Kop end five minutes into the second half.

Roberto Firmino added a third almost immediately before Michail Antonio pulled one back for the Hammers.

But Sadio Mane had the final say, dinking home in the 77th minute to apply the gloss on a win that puts Jürgen Klopp's team one point above Manchester United ahead of their meeting with Chelsea on Sunday.
