April was an eventful month for Liverpool that included memorable victories over Borussia Dortmund and Everton, and it is now time for you to vote for the team's Standard Chartered Player of the Month.

We have selected a shortlist of four players who made a huge impact during this period: Divock Origi, Dejan Lovren, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino.

The month started with a 1-1 tie against Tottenham Hotspur in front of the Kop, before Jürgen Klopp made an emotional return to Borussia Dortmund as the Reds claimed a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final.

Stoke City were then put the sword 4-1 on Merseyside before Anfield played host to an unforgettable night as the Reds knocked out Dortmund in the second leg thanks to Lovren's late heroics.

A 2-1 win at AFC Bournemouth followed before the Reds produced another brilliant display under home floodlights to sink Everton 4-0.

The month concluded with a 2-2 draw with Newcastle United and a 1-0 loss in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final away in Villarreal.
