Liverpool Football Club can today confirm that Academy players Kevin Stewart, Jack Dunn and Lloyd Jones have joined League Two outfit Cheltenham Town on a month-long loan.

The trio will make a temporary switch to Whaddon Road, where they will work under the tutelage of Paul Buckle, whose side currently occupy 19th place in the league standings.

Centre-back Jones, who arrived from Plymouth four years ago, is a cultured defender, whose progress at the Academy earned him a place on the substitutes' bench for the senior side's trip to Fulham in May 2013.

Local lad Dunn is a versatile forward, who made his mark for the first team during the Reds' end of season friendly against Shamrock Rovers in May, scoring the fourth goal in a 4-0 rout at the Aviva Stadium.

Stewart, meanwhile, arrived at the Academy in July after leaving Tottenham Hotspur. The 21-year-old full-back had previously enjoyed a loan spell at Crewe Alexandra, where he made four appearances at the end of last season.
