Liverpool Ladies midfielder Fara Williams has been shortlisted for the prestigious BT Sport Action Woman of the Year award for 2014 after a fantastic 12 months for both club and country.

The Reds' central midfielder became the most-capped England footballer of all time when she made her 130th appearance against Sweden in August, beating Rachel Yankey's previous record.

Williams also played an important role in Matt Beard's side's successful Women's Super League title defence, with the No.4 scoring crucial goals against Birmingham City Ladies and Bristol Academy.

To show your support for Williams as she goes in search of yet another individual accolade, cast a vote in her favour now by clicking here. But you'll have to be quick - voting closes on Tuesday December 2.

The nomination follows last year's shortlisting of Ladies striker Natasha Dowie, who finished runner-up to Downhill Mountain Biking star Rachel Atherton.
