Joao returns in Denmark draw
Joao Carlos Teixeira made a welcome return to action as Liverpool U21s drew 0-0 away to Denmark U20s - in a pre-season friendly on Thursday night.
The Portugal youth international returned from injury as he played his first 45 minutes since featuring for the first team in Brondby.
The likes of Jordan Rossiter and Harry Wilson were on duty for the Reds with the Welshman going close to a late winner when he hit the post.
