Liverpool are on course to record their best ever goals scored tally in the Barclays Premier League era.

After 28 matches, the Reds have netted 73 times - two more than they scored in the whole of last season.

Indeed, it's Liverpool's second-highest goals for figure in the Premier League - and with 10 games of the campaign left to play, Brendan Rodgers' men are well placed to better the total of 77 fired in 2008-09.
