U18s down Stoke to extend record
Liverpool U18s were 3-1 victors over Stoke City at the Kirkby Academy on Saturday morning.
Jerome Sinclair and an own goal by the away side's skipper Edward Sanders handed Neil Critchley's team an advantage.
The in-form striker then also missed a penalty for the hosts.
Stoke grabbed a goal back but Tom Brewitt sealed an encouraging win for Liverpool.
Notably, Sergi Canos made his first appearance for the youngsters after receiving clearance to play.
Critchley's side have extended their unbeaten run to five matches in the process.
