Liverpool will honour captain Steven Gerrard with a testimonial on Saturday – and before the clash against Olympiacos at Anfield, we want your personal tributes to the 33-year-old by using #GerrardTestimonial.

The No.8 has been a member of the Reds first team for 15 years and has won the Champions League, two FA Cups, three League Cups and a UEFA Cup during that spell.

Along the way, the midfielder has struck some of the greatest goals in Liverpool history and inspired memorable moments which have been etched into Anfield folklore.

Kopites will pay tribute to their favourite son this weekend when Olympiacos - the opponents when Gerrard fired the goal which proved a catalyst in the club's 2005 Champions League triumph - visit Merseyside.

But before the big kick-off on Saturday, we want your highlights, memories and favourite incidents from the skipper's career. What does Gerrard mean to you? What does he mean to Liverpool?

Tweet your tributes using the hashtag #GerrardTestimonial and we will retweet a selection on the official @LFC Twitter account before collating the best for a news story on Liverpoolfc.com this weekend.

To mark the Liverpool captain's testimonial this weekend, the Steven Gerrard Foundation is auctioning 630 commemorative LFC shirts to raise money for charity. Click here to find out more.
