The Global Entrepreneur Congress 2012 will be held in Liverpool for the first time ever next week and we'd like to invite 15 fans to attend as guests of Liverpool Football Club.

Tickets for the event cost £150 each but LFC have 15 special invites to give away to 15 entrepreneurial fans who come up with the best ideas to improve this football club.

The congress, on March 13, aims to inspire those with the 'can-do' spirit to turn their dreams into an ambitious reality and celebrate passion with the aim of 'unleashing the will to win'.

Amongst the speakers at the event - which takes place at the Echo Arena and Convention Centre at Kings Dock in Liverpool between 9am and 6pm - will be: Sir Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group; Sir Terry Leahy, former CEO, Tesco; Lord Heseltine, founder, Haymarket Group; Martha Lane Fox, founder Lastminute.com; Doug Richard, former Dragon's Den; and Lara Morgan, founder Pacific Direct.

To be in with a chance of winning a free ticket to the event, all you have to do is email us one innovative idea that could help transform/improve Liverpool Football Club in one of the following areas:

1. Match day experience 
2. Digital media/television
3. Retail
4. Catering/hospitality
5. Membership
6. Football
7. LFC Foundation/charity
8. International development
9. Ticketing
10. Children/young fans
11. Other

The idea MUST be explained in no more than 500 words.

Ten tickets will be awarded to the 10 best ideas submitted by fans over the age of 18.

Five tickets will be awarded to the five best ideas submitted by fans under the age of 18. Each winner from this age category must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. One free ticket will be provided to each accompanying adult. 

To enter, please email your idea in no more than 500 words to imagine@liverpoolfc.tv by 11am on Friday March 9. Please include a contact telephone number and also your age in the email. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges at Liverpool Football Club and their decision is final. All winners must be able to make their own travel arrangements to the Echo Arena and Convention Centre by 9am on March 13. Winners under the age of 18 must seek permission from their school or college to attend the event (as applicable).

Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and information on the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and employees or family members of any of their subsidiaries are ineligible to enter.  Any such entries will be invalid.
3. The prize for 15 winning entrants shall be a ticket to the Global Entrepreneur Congress 2012 at the Echo Arena and Convention Centre, Liverpool on Tuesday 16 March 2012 (open 9am- 6pm). Ten tickets will be awarded to entrants over the age of 18. Five tickets will be awarded to the five best ideas submitted by fans under the age of 18. Each winner under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. One free ticket will be provided to each such accompanying adult. Winners under the age of 18 must seek permission from their school or college to attend the event.
4. In order to enter the competition you must email an innovative idea of how to improve Liverpool Football Club in one of the following areas: match day experience; digital media/television; retail; catering/hospitality; membership; football; LFC Foundation/charity; international development; ticketing; children/young fans; other.
5. Entries must be no more than 500 words and emailed to imagine@liverpoolfc.tv by 11.00hrs on Friday 9 March. Each eligible entry will be considered by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete, or for entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void. 
6. No travel to or from the Echo Arena Liverpool or any other costs and/or expenses other than the ticket to the Global Entrepreneur Congress 2012 are included in the prize.
7. The winners will be notified by email on March 9 once the panel has had oppurtuntity to consider each entry in full. The winner shall have until 9am on March 12 to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9.  The Promoter may use the winner's name and image and their comments relating to the prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
10. By submitting an entry to this Competition entrants agree and acknowledge that any applicable intellectual property ownership of any idea and/or concept contained in an entry passes to the Promoter and as a result the Promoter shall be able but not obligated to utilise such idea and/or concept in any manner that it sees fit. Participants assume all responsibility for any breach of intellectual property rights of others. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter shall be under no obligation whatsoever to develop or otherwise use any idea and/or concept submitted by entrants (whether submitted by a winning entrant or otherwise).
11.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, to withdraw or to amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. Entrants are advised to print and keep safe these Terms and Conditions.
