Liverpool lifted the Carling Cup in front of 35,000 Kopites on Sunday - and we've got four jerseys signed by the first team up for grabs which you can stand a chance of winning just by submitting your photos, videos and blogs from the day to The Kop.
After goals from Martin Skrtel and Dirk Kuyt cancelled out Joe Mason's earlier opener, Cardiff forced penalty kicks when Ben Turner netted two minutes from the end of extra-time.
However, the Reds prevailed 3-2 in the shootout to end their six-year wait for silverware.
It's a day that will live long in the memory of all Liverpool fans - and now we want to see you're photos and videos from Wembley, as well as read your blogs about the day.

Liverpoolfc.tv's editorial team will then look through all of the photos, videos and blogs uploaded to our official social-media platform and pick our favourite of each.
And if yours is selected, you'll be getting your hands on a Reds shirt signed by the first-team squad.
