Earlier this week, Liverpool FC called on supporters to help shape the pre-match and half-time atmosphere at Anfield by submitting their match-day playlists - and we can now reveal the contenders for Saturday's game with QPR.

Having listened to match-day feedback over the course of last season, the club asked fans to submit three songs to be played back-to-back immediately prior to the Barclays Premier League anthem, which is of course followed by 'You'll Never Walk Alone', to try and help inspire the players as they aim to secure victory.

Having been inundated with entries, we've whittled down the suggestions to a shortlist of four pre-match playlists - and now we want you to vote for your favourite trio of tracks.

The winning playlist will be aired by either Pete or George inside Anfield prior to kick-off and the fan whose selection is chosen will be name-checked and also identified in a news story on this website.

Mark Hill's selection of Wishing (If I had a Photograph of You) by A Flock of Seagulls, Enola Gay by Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark and Hey Jude by The Beatles was played before kick-off at the Manchester City game.

But if you think it could be better this week, check out our shortlist below and then scroll to the bottom of the page to cast your vote.
