According to 75 per cent of you, Liverpool's No.7 will top the scoring charts this season ahead of Andy Carroll (20 per cent) and Dirk Kuyt (four per cent).

We also asked you who should take the penalties for Kenny Dalglish's side this term? Our skipper Steven Gerrard was the outright favourite, picking up 45 per cent of the vote, but in his absence Dirk Kuyt came second with 26 per cent, followed by Charlie Adam in third with 16 per cent.

In terms of where King Kenny's men will finish in 2011-12, 32 per cent of you believe we will finish third, 29 per cent claim we will win title number 19, and 25 per cent think we will get that Champions League 4th spot.

We also wanted to know besides the club anthem 'You'll Never Walk Alone' what your favourite matchday song is?

The Fields of Anfield Road was the favourite picking up 30 per cent of the vote, just ahead of the Luis Suarez 'Just Can't Get Enough' song which claimed 26 per cent of the vote.

In terms of the formation Dalglish could use this season, 38 per cent of you want him to use a 442, 32 per cent fancy a 4231, while 23 per cent favour a 433.
