Ever thought about writing a book about your adventures following the mighty Reds? Kopite Keith Salmon did just that. Two years on from its publication and his story continues to strike a chord with supporters around the world.

From Crosby to Cape Town and Seaforth to Sydney, Liverpool fans have taken 'We had dreams and songs to sing' to their hearts - not to mention giving it pride of place on their book shelves.

Some Reds have gone to even greater lengths.

Take Irakli Guliashvili from Tblisi, Georgia. He was so inspired by Keith's tale that he wanted to spread the word to his fellow countrymen.

Unfortunately English is not widely spoken or read in his homeland, so there was only one thing for it - have it translated into the local cyrillic language.

And that's not all. The book has also been serialised on the fans website, This is Anfield and from that a Liverpool Supporter in the Czech Republic followed suit.

Lubos Nehyba translated the chapter that appeared on TIA into Czech and posted them on the Czech and Slovak Liverpool supporters' club website.

As a result, Keith has quite a following in the Czech Republic and is good for a pint when next in Prague!

Last season alone he was lucky to watch live matches with Reds in Jersey, Gibraltar, Dubai and Cape Town, such has been the impact of his story about following his team all over the world.

In fact, for the last home game of the 2010-11 season, Keith gave up his seat in block 205 of the Kop to watch the clash 6000 miles away in Cape Town, as the guest of honour with the local supporters club.

Such a response speaks volumes, so if you haven't had the chance to read it yet, you can get a copy from the Hillsborough Justice Campaign. A £3 donation from each book is given to the campaign. You can also get a copy direct from Keith by checking out his website at www.wehaddreamsandsongstosing.co.uk, the book is also available at Waterstones and as an e-book from all reputable suppliers.
