Highlights: Ings nets four as U23s hit seven
Liverpool U23s thrashed Bristol City 7-0 in the Premier League Cup on Sunday - thanks in no small part to Danny Ings' four-goal haul.
Ings also set up goals for Yan Dhanda and Harry Wilson in a comprehensive victory for Neil Critchley's team, with Conor Masterson also on target.
