LFC International Academy has today announced that this year, for the very first time, it will be extending its bespoke training programmes to young Reds across Austria and Switzerland.

As the only official LFC programmes in both countries, courses will be available for boys and girls aged 6-14 with age-specific sessions delivered to enhance players’ technical, tactical, physical, mental and social skills - all in a fun and inclusive footballing environment.

In addition to the variety of coaching sessions on offer, participants will engage in small-sided games and be given the chance to take part in our Academy skills challenges.

All aspects of the programmes will be delivered following the same principles as our very own state-of-the-art Academy, mirroring the curriculum undertaken by our own Academy protégées.

One lucky participant will also be given the opportunity to win the prestigious ‘Liverpool Way Award’ and be offered the chance to take part in one of our Academy Soccer Schools in Liverpool.

Beginning on August 26 at FC Altmünster in Austria before moving onto Switzerland, International Academy coaches from Liverpool deliver the activities, bringing Austrian and Swiss LFC fans the exclusive opportunity to learn to play ‘The Liverpool Way’ in their own countries.
