The Reds were paired with the Spanish side in Monday's draw for the first round of the knockout stages.
Jürgen Klopp's team will travel to Estadio Metropolitano on Tuesday February 18 before a return meeting at Anfield on Wednesday March 11.
Both games will kick off at 8pm GMT.
