Robbie Fowler joins LFC staff to host careers event for local youngsters

Robbie Fowler joined a group of LFC staff volunteers at a career speed networking for local students at Anfield this week, delivered by the club's Red Neighbours programme.

Pupils from North Liverpool Academy, Alsop High School, Notre Dame Catholic College and the Academy of St Francis of Assisi spent the afternoon chatting with the LFC staff and learning about their professional backgrounds and career journeys.

Guest speakers -  Fowler and LFC chief operating officer Andy Hughes - also met with the youngsters and provided valuable advice on education, career path options and the various different roles at the club.

Margaret Aspinall, chair of the Hillsborough Family Support Group, attended the event and spoke to the young people about important life skills such as integrity, truth and justice.
