I am in the Auto Cup Scheme, is my payment taken automatically?

Not for the UEFA Champions League Cup Final. Auto Cup Scheme payments are taken for home Cup matches only.

 

I have forgotten my password for purchasing online, what do I do?

You can request a reminder here: you must have an email address registered on your account to receive your password reminder.

Why do my tickets have to be posted via Special Delivery if I select ‘POST’ online?

It is important that all tickets reach their intended destination as quickly and safely as possible.Posting your tickets via special delivery will hopefully alleviate any issues with regards to non receipt/arrival of tickets.

 

Can I provide alternative delivery address details?

This option is not available for this fixture.

 

Why is the ticket limit set to 8 for the Champions League Final?

The Club is using a secure third party to dispatch all tickets and have advised that this is the maximum number of tickets permitted in each envelope.

 

I want to purchase tickets with friends and family who also qualify during the guaranteed sale, can I do this online?

Yes. Your accounts must be linked to do this. To check who is linked to your account or to link additional friends and family, log into My Account and select the friends and family option.

If I am eligible to purchase tickets in the guaranteed sale, can I wait and purchase my ticket along with friends/family who are successful in the ballot?

Unfortunately, it will not be possible for you to purchase tickets with anyone who is successful in the ballot.

 

 Am I eligible to register for the ballot?

A ballot registration period will be available for Season Ticket Holders, Members and Fan Card Holders who have recorded 6 of the following Chmapions League Cup games: AS Roma (02/05/18), AS Roma (24/04/18), Manchester City (10/04/18), Manchester City  (04/04/18), FC Porto (14/02/18), FC Porto (06/03/18), Spartak Moscow (06/12/17), Sevilla (21/11/17), Maribor (01/11/17), Maribor (17/10/17), Sevilla (13/09/17), Spartak Moscow (26/09/17)Premier Club and Carlsberg Dugout Seasonal Members are also eligible to register for the ballot. An email will be sent to all eligible supporters on Thursday 3 May.

 

When and how will I be notified of the outcome of the ballot?

We will notify supporters via email on Friday 11 May.

Supporters can also check if they were successful by logging into their ticketing account by clicking here.  Those supporters who were successful will have the following in their purchase history, SUCCESSFUL – UCL FINAL BALLOT 1718.  If you do not have that listed, you will be on a waiting list for a ticket.  

 

I have been placed on the waiting list, how will I know if I become eligible to purchase tickets after the inital sale?

Should any supporters who were successful in the ballot decide not to take up the offer of a ticket, we will make those tickets available to supporters on the waiting list in chronological order.  Ticket updates for supporters on the waiting list will be advertised here from Tuesday morning (Tuesday 15 May).

 

If I register for adult tickets in the ballot and I am successful, does this mean that all supporters I registered with have also been successful and are eligible for a ticket?

No, supporters applying for adult tickets are entered into the ballot individually therefore, its is possible that you may be successful in the ballot but friends and family you registered with are not.

 

If I register for adult/junior combined tickets in the ballot and the junior is successful, does this mean that the adult that registered with the junior has also been successful and is eligible for a ticket?

Yes, two tickets will be available to juniors who are successful in the ballot.

 

If I register for adult/junior combined tickets in the ballot and I am successful but the allocation adult/junior combined tickets are sold out – am I able to purchase two adult tickets?

Yes.
