Michael Williams joined the Reds at U14 level from Wrexham. An U16 and U17 Wales international, Michael, known as 'Jordan' by his teammates and coaches, can play either central midfield or centre-back.

Williams is an extremely composed player and has a fine passing range. In both his defensive and midfield roles, he is an asset to his side, particularly when he puts into practise his excellent reading of the game.
