Alex O'Hanlon has represented Republic of Ireland at both U16 and U17 level. He joined the Academy at the start of the 2011-12 campaign and can play either left-back or out on the left flank.

The youngster possesses all the attributes of a gifted winger. His close-control is fantastic and he always looks to take on a player and beat them.

O'Hanlon is also composed enough to select the right pass when in dangerous positions on the park and can deliver high-quality crosses.
