"I've been on the list for 15 years and had 1577 when it was published, but why is someone on the list for 14 years reporting that they are 351 and someone else on for the same length of tine, that they are 5000? Also, I haven't been contacted and can't get through to customer services, its just an endless tune playing over and over costing me a fortune - please sort it out! "
"I have never had a letter asking me if i still wanted my season tickets.
I have my original letter from 9 years ago stating that the reference number was 222xx/222xx
so that would put me in the top 25000 you would think.
