"I think it would be best to try and sign him in January, he always looks leverkusen's most useful player whenever i have seen him play and looked one of germany's biggest threats vs england a few weeks ago. I'd offer 5m now, get it done early. I always said from the start (and i got slated for it) that moses isn't better than sterling or ibe and i appear to being proven correct now."
