I think chelsea is afraid that moses will be like sturridge so they worried to make it permanent.

"BR has a way getting more out of players than others can. Jose and Chelski don't seem to develop young talent anymore. They just try to buy a championship every year. Clubs like them make me worry about the future of the sport. Hope Victor has a great season, just wish it could be permanent. "

"Mou is more about using what is already there but doesn't really take players to a higher level individually. You look at Rafa's time at Chelski and every player looked like a better player under him. Victor Moses scored big goals to get to the Europa League final. With Mou a player like Mesut Ozil became disenchanted. Good move Victor. Play your heart out and you will be just fine here."
