"days of really young players coming in and taking game by storm are almost over, ie. Fowler, Gerrard, Owen. much more difficult now, though they still get chances here at LFC. The game has come on, and there is a lot more for these young lads to deal with so more care has to be taken. The way sterling has been nurtured is great. More reserves soon to make a similar impact "
