Good read that.Ryan sounds really grounded. It's a pity that the apprentices no longer have to clean the 1st team players boots etc. They are given way too much way too soon.Hence some of them thinking they've made it when their footballing careers have yet to begin.

"Good read. I think Lucas fits this vein too. The amount he does away from the club in corresponding with the fans and trying to get awareness for good causes etc.is fantastic. He seems at times to be like a one man welcoming team for new players coming in to the team. He is another great international ambassador for the club. You have to admire these qualities in a person.
