"He needs to increase his sense of responsibility on-pitch (play like the e of the entire club depended on it; which is what Stevie Gerrard does), and we will have a pretty dominant midfielder on our hands. His defending and movement off the ball need some work. Doubtless the future of England. Please play him more in the hole just behind Daniel Sturridge. "
