I have to echo Lonewar69 & Rushjob. It's great to see a manager letting the players know you wont play unless you prove you want to play for the shirt. Allen has admitted he's lost form & was benched, Shelvey had a few weak displays & was benched, SD showed improvement after being told he can go & was selected. That's how I'd run my team IMHO."
