That was a very good game, fantastic run by Robbo on ~53 minutes, just top level! And Morgan just can't stop scoring and I honestly don't know why Brendan keeps him out of the first team. Would love to see him start against West Ham. Well done lads, YNWA!!
"congrats young reds!!i've been checking up on the u21s for 2 months now. the unbeaten run has impressed me alot.even thou i cant watch the games i still support the academy esp u21s riht now i'v been checking the website to see if the result. im so proud of these youngsters. morgan to start w.ham game as striker."
"oh n congrats to ingeltrope on his first lge win with the u21s. i feared the change of coaches miht affect them abit. prooved me wrong so far. two wins in a row n long may they continue. im really hoping to see pacheco n morgan in the starting line up in either the europa or next prem game."
"Well done young lads! congratulations to Mr Inglethorpe for the winning debut! We played some great stuff specially in the second half but wasted too many clear cut chances, a pity we were too little clinical! Adorjan was for me MOTM but even Sama, Pacheco, Coady and Morgan played a great game! Now let's complete the job next Friday and remain unbeaten! Keep up the good work lads! YNWA U21s Reds"
"Adorjan goal was a team goal. It was great run and effort by Pacheco, what a smash strike and then poach goal for Krisztian, but well deserved! Unlucky with conceded one but that was one fine strike I should say! Check out the highlights :)"
"i can't understand why pacheco is not in the first team when we need forwards and morgan is improving and scoring non stop,he too deserves a chance in the first team.YNWA"
"Two assists from Dani Pacheco. Should we not be playing Pacheco ahead of Jordan Henderson and Stewart Downing? Also, why not use the next few weeks ahead of the January window to try and give an Academy striker the chance to come through??"
