How does anyone who has never had the chance to go to an away game, ever get the chance to go to one when the restrictions are so strict!?

"Out of the 2052 tickets how many will end up on the ticket tout websites that are ripping us loyal fans off, who cannot apply for away tickets because we can't build up our away ticket games. How do these sites end up with so any tickets because I know I'll be able to buy at least 30 tickets for the Swansea away game already."
