Well this is a non-starter. BR has a gentleman's agreement with Huw Jenkins for a start. That would only be breached if Swansea wanted to sell him. They don't, but even if they did, we certainly wouldn't pay £20m...where do these tabloids get their ideas from? Joe Allen is really good but worth no more than £10m even if he was available!
