Jan Vertonghen believes Belgium team-mate Divock Origi has the qualities to make an impact in the Premier League.
Teenage striker Origi has impressed as a substitute at the World Cup after coming off the bench to score the only goal against Russia before having a hand in Vertonghen's winner against South Korea.
Origi currently plays in Ligue 1 for Lille, but Premier League trio Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham have all been linked with a move for the 19-year-old.
Reports have claimed that Liverpool are closing in on the signing of Origi and will then loan the forward back to Lille for next season.
Vertonghen has praised Origi's impact in Brazil and the Tottenham defender is predicting a bright future for his international colleague.
"Origi has the qualities to play for a good team in the Premier League," said Vertonghen.
"I think he shows it every game. He has come on and changed games for us."
