Liverpool target Oscar Cardozo is ready to open talks over a new Benfica contract - but his agent has suggested he could also be tempted by a move away.
The striker, 29, is on Brendan Rodgers' radar as he looks to inject some life into Liverpool's attack.
Benfica want Cardozo to commit to the club for another few years but his agent Pedro Aldave says the terms must be right.
And Aldave, speaking to Radio 970AM in the striker's homeland of Paraguay, has hinted Benfica could sell for the right price.
"Cardozo wants to make this contract last for life," he said.
"It will be the last one of his life so it must be good for him. A deal elsewhere? That depends on Benfica and whether it pleases them."
