France international Aly Cissokho has opened the door on a move to Liverpool after admitting his pride at being linked with the Anfield side.
The Reds are reportedly in the market for a new left-back to challenge Jose Enrique and Cissokho, who only joined Valencia last summer, is thought to be on Brendan Rodgers' radar.
The 25-year-old, who first came to prominence while at Porto in 2009, enjoyed three seasons at Lyon before switching to Spain last summer.
Now he could be on the move again - and he has his heart set on Anfield.
He told Le Parisien: "Liverpool? I have never hidden the fact that the Premier League is the league that attracts me the most.
"It's a pleasure to see my name linked to that of the Reds. They are a great club and not everyone has the honour to wear that shirt. For now, however, they are just rumours."
