Torino will not entertain offers below £16.5m for sought-after Italy winger Alessio Cerci.
The 26-year-old, who has been scouted by clubs including Liverpool and Manchester United, catapulted himself into the spotlight last season with a series of exciting displays for Torino.
Cerci scored 13 goals and assisted 11 more in Serie A and subsequently secured himself a spot in Italy's World Cup squad.
Torino have publicly stated that he is not for sale but sources in Italy claim club officials met with the player's agent last week. The two parties discussed the renewal of the player's contract, which ends in 2016, but also agreed that the club should listen to offers above £16.5m.
Roma are interested in signing the former Fiorentina man while a number of sides across Europe, including Atletico Madrid, Juventus, United, Liverpool and Arsenal, are all on his trail.
