Liverpool are ready to make a third bid for Adam Lallana who is begging Southampton to let him fulfill his dream joining the Reds.
Brendan Rodgers, who has made the 26-year-old midfielder his top target for the summer transfer, has already seen two offers rejected as Southampton are unwilling to part with the footballer.
According to the Express, the Saints are asking no less than £30million for the England international who has been reported to be desperate for a Liverpool move.
Rodgers is thinking about other alternative options like Bayern Munich's Xherdan Shaqiri and Benfica's Lazar Markovic but has no intention to give up on Lallana.
Indeed, the paper reports that the Reds manager is ready to make another bid as soon as England come back from the World Cup.
The attacking midfielder was spotted by a Southampton's talent scout at the age of 12 when he played at the Bournemouth Centre of Excellence.
Lallana made his debut in 2006 and became a regular member of the first team at the beginning of the 2008-2009 season.
Last year he renewed his contract with the Saints signing a five-year deal.
