Liverpool and Manchester United are both in the hunt for Bayern Munich's Xherdan Shaqiri, according to the midfielder's brother.
The 22-year-old moved to the Allianz Arena at the start of last season but has failed to tie down a regular spot, such is the plethora of midfielders at Pep Guardiola's disposal.
Shaqiri has played just 18 times for club and country during an injury-hit season, although he has still managed to score seven times.
And his brother Erdin believes he may move on, should the right offer be tabled.
He told Swiss newspaper Blick: "Xherdan is 22. At this age, he needs to be playing regularly, which is not currently the case.
"We are waiting now until summer. Then, when clubs make approaches such as Liverpool, Manchester United, Inter Milan and other top clubs, we can listen to their offers.
"That said, Bayern still remains our first point of contact before we talk to other clubs."
However, it remains to be seen whether the Reds will meet Bayern's price tag, with the winger tied down to a contract until 2016.
It is thought the German heavyweights would demand around €20million with United also potentially priced out, should they fail to qualify for Europe.
