Arsene Wenger has been given a major blow ahead of Sunday's FA Cup tie with Liverpool.
Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla has been ruled out of the Emirates clash after falling ill. Mathieu Flamini returns from suspension.
Wenger said: "We have only one player back, and that's Flamini - who comes back from suspension not injury, so he should be fresh and available. That is the only positive news we have.
"From Wednesday night I don't think we lose anybody, just Cazorla who is ill in bed today. I have just been informed so he certainly will not be available for Sunday."
Wenger admitted he is likely to make changes for Sunday's cup tie with Lukas Podolski likely to come in and Lukasz Fabianski will start in goal.
The Arsenal boss will rest and rotate with Bayern Munich in mind next Wednesday.
Wenger added: "I play a team with a good opportunity, a good chance to qualify. Will I rest one player, or two or three, I don't know yet. Certainly we will just have one focus, which is to win the game.
"We will go for any competition we can, and the FA Cup is one of the competitions and it is our next game so of course we will go for it."
