Arsenal and Liverpool could be set to battle it out for the signing of Chile's Alexis Sanchez, with Manchester United also said to be plotting a move.
Barcelona man Sanchez has enjoyed a fine start to the World Cup and starred last night as his side knocked reigning champions Spain out of the tournament, with a 2-0 victory.
The 25-year-old is reportedly keen on a move to the Premier League and could see the offers flooding in if he continues to impress in Brazil.
Sanchez scored 19 goals in 44 appearances for Barcelona last season and netted both goals in Chile's 2-0 friendly victory over England back in November, while he also found the back of the net in Friday's 3-1 win over Australia.
Arsenal have already been linked with a host of attacking players this summer, including Mario Balotelli and Ezequiel Lavezzi, while Liverpool are in for the likes of Adam Lallana and Xherdan Shaqiri.
