Liverpool are leading the chase in signing PSV Eindhoven wonderkid Zakaria Bakkali, who is also a target for Tottenham and Valencia, Metro reports.
Bakkali is currently unhappy with PSV in regards to his future at the club, and is delaying an extension on his contract which expires in 2015.
With the starlet unsure of his commitment, the Eridivisie side are now open to offers for the Belgian ace.
And according to Dutch website Magazine.be, Liverpool lead the hunt to sign the young winger.
Reports have suggested that Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur and La Liga outfit Valencia are also keeping a close eye on Bakkali, but the Reds are the only club willing to cough up the £6.3million price tag PSV have slapped on their player.
At just the age of 17, Bakkali netted three goals against NEC Nijimegen to become the youngest every player to score a hat-trick in the Eredivisie.
Liverpool are already close to signing another young Belgium star in Divock Origi, with the striker set to go out on loan and continue playing for Lille.
