Football Italia: Reds seal Coutinho deal

Reports are emerging from Italy that Inter have agreed a €13m transfer fee with Liverpool for Philippe Coutinho.

The Reds have made their interest clear for some time and were in a bidding war with Southampton.

However, Liverpool were more determined and flew directors over to discuss the matter with Inter in person.

According to Sky Sport Italia, a deal has been reached for €13m - around £11m.

The transfer is imminent for the 20-year-old, even though Liverpool must secure a work permit first.

good work all involved, could be the next big thing, lots of skill and not afraid to shoot. be a good triangle with Suarez and Gerrard.
