Divock Origi will be a huge success in the Premier League, according to Belgium team-mate and Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen.
The 19-year-old Lille forward, who netted in Belgium's 1-0 World Cup win over Russia, is close to securing a move to Liverpool as Reds boss Brendan Rodgers strengthens his attack ahead of their Champions League campaign.
And Vertonghen, who netted Belgium's winner against Korea in Sao Paulo, believes Origi will be a real asset to an English top-flight club.
"He has the qualities to play for a good team in the Premier League and I think he shows it every game," Vertonghen told reporters ahead of Belgium's last-16 clash with USA on Tuesday.
"He has come on in every game, and he's changed games for us.
"He has the qualities to go to a bigger league, but obviously with Lille playing in the Champions League we'll see."
Vertonghen compared Origi to Manchester United's Adnan Januzaj, who burst on the Premier League scene under David Moyes last season and joined the Belgium squad ahead of the World Cup.
"Januzaj is someone a bit like Origi, there's no pressure and he plays like he's on the street," he said.
